Four Officers and Two New Directors Named to the Board of Directors at Annual Conference

Dallas, Texas, June 16, 2004 — The Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA), the largest professional trade association dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous consumers, recently announced its new 2004-2005 Board of Directors at the annual conference in Toronto. The new Board is effective immediately.

The MSPA Board consists of four officers, who are elected on a yearly basis, and eight directors who serve for three-year terms.

“We have a great mix of members sitting on the Board this year, each with unique perspectives on how to strengthen the MSPA and the mystery shopping industry,” said John Swinburn, Executive Director of the MSPA. “I’m confident the new officers and directors will do a great job guiding the MSPA in 2004 and beyond.”

The new officers for 2004-2005 are:

Jeff Hall, President. Jeff is CEO and founder of Second To None, Inc., a mystery shopping provider based in the Ann Arbor, Mich. Over the past 14 years, the firm has grown to be recognized as one of the largest mystery shopping systems in the world, currently serving clients in many sectors including restaurants, retailers, financial services, entertainment, consumer services, grocers, service stations and large agencies within the federal government.

David Rich, Vice President. David serves as the President of ICC/Decision Services (Wayne, N.J.), a leader in the mystery shopping industry. Prior to joining ICC Decision Services, David started his own business, an in-store sampling company named DemoWORKS. After four years, he had built DemoWORKS into a profitable and nationally recognized company and in 1998 merged the company with All-Ways Advertising. In 1999, he and his partner purchased ICC/Decision Services.

Christopher Warzynski, Treasurer. Christopher is currently the Vice President of Beyond Hello based in Madison, Wis. His background in international business, retail training, human services and serving on the governmental relations committee of the MSPA all played a major role when he founded the company in 1991. Christopher also currently works at the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Reb Henry, Secretary. Reb has served as the President of Feedback Plus (Dallas) for eight years. Prior to joining Feedback Plus, Reb worked as a corporate sales trainer and manager and also worked in the commercial real estate industry for 12 years. In addition to his professional service, Reb is also a the President of the Dallas Business Association, serves on the executive committee of the University of Texas at Dallas Alumni Association, is a licensed broker for the Texas real estate commission, a Board member of the local chapter of The American Heart Association, President of the All Saints Men's Club, and a Board member of the Achievement Center of Texas.

Additionally, two new directors joined the MSPA board: Ross Thomas, co-founder of Reality Check Mystery Shoppers (Seattle), and Lorrie Kern, founder of Kern Scheduling Services (Tucson, Ariz.). They join returning directors Tracy Conners, Corporate Research Group (Ottawa, Ontario); Ron Welty, IntelliShop (Perrysburg, Ohio); Judi Hess, Customer Perspectives (Hookset, N.H.); Chuck Paul, A Closer Look (Norcross, Ga.); Veronica Karlsson, Better Business (Stockholm, Sweden); and Tom Mills, Service Sleuths (Franklin, Mass.).
