MSPA Shopper Certification

MSPA's Silver and Gold Certification courses are being redesigned and are currently not available. The new courses will be available and Silver and Gold Certification will be operational again on October 1, 2012. Shopper login is also disabled at this time and being replaced with a new, interactive database. All certified shoppers will be contacted when the new database is operational.


The MSPA recognizes that Mystery Shopping is a profession, not just a hobby. As in the case of other professions we believe that a means of addressing shopper standardization, education and certification is necessary. In response to this need, we have developed an on-line Silver Certification program and a more in-depth Gold Certificate program, which is offered as an in-person workshop and as a pre-recorded workshop. Companies are always looking to hire the best and brightest, and this certification is one method of setting you apart from the crowd.
